CANCELLATION POLICY
****Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy; any sessions cancelled (postponed/forgotten) less than 24 hours beforehand are still fully chargeable.****

Apologies but we implement our cancellation policy because we book the time slot specifically for you so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to enable us to try and refill the spot. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately extending your time slot beyond its allocated length is not always feasible to ensure a smooth experience for all students. Therefore, any portion of the slot that goes unused, whether due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, forgetfulness or any other reason not directly attributable to any member of our staff, cannot be refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
