Hire, Payment & Returning Your Instrument

Sign the Hire Agreement Before Your Hire Begins
Once we've confirmed that the requested instrument is available, you'll be invited to sign the hire agreement and arrange collection.
The person named for the hire must be the person who collects the instrument and signs the hire agreement.
First Hire Payment & Security Deposit
Your first hire payment and security deposit are paid in advance of, or on the day your hire begins.
The applicable hire price and payment arrangements will be confirmed before collection.
Arrange Your Return in Advance
When you've finished with the instrument, email us before returning it so we can arrange a return appointment.
The instrument will be inspected when it comes back. Any damage that is not considered fair wear and tear will be handled in accordance with the hire agreement .
