- Benana Music Studio Ltd maintains a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy and risk assessments for all teaching sites. These cover fire safety, electrical equipment testing, first aid, cleaning and hygiene, lone working, and emergency procedures. All staff and contractors are required to follow our safety standards and report any hazards or incidents. The full Health & Safety Policy and site-specific risk assessments are available on request.

📬 How to Request a Policy Copy
To request a copy of any policy, please email us at benanamusicstudio@gmail.com stating:
- Your name and connection to Benana (e.g. parent, student, teacher, partner)
- Which policy or document you would like to see
We aim to respond within 10 working days with either a direct link, a PDF copy, or confirmation that the policy is available to view at our studio office.
Where requests involve personal data, they will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR, which may allow up to one month for a response.
